In my 2009/10 package, it comes with 'upgrade resources cd' But the problem is, they only gave me keys for Premier and Accounting version I tried to install Premier, while doing upgrade and it crashed. I was trying to upgrade from 2002pro to 2009/10pro Of cause I need to upgrade to 2007/08 first. As a last resort I could send the file to be converted.

Stupid Quickbooks doesnt let you open a company file made in the 2006 version in anything but the 07/08 version.
